This fun vintage Victor Costa dress is navy blue with white polka dots throughout. We think this is a great dress to wear to a dressier day event - out to lunch, to a wedding, etc. The pleated ruffle trim starts at the waist and curves around the faux wrap skirt to the hem. This dress has a wide boat neck with a slightly lower back and there is a metal zipper down the center back seam with a hook and eye for closure. The shoulders have pleats at the seams to add extra movement to the dress.

Victor Costa was known for his party dresses. He was often referred to with affection as a copycat designer, but thought he did copy European runway designs, he always added his own touches to make the pieces uniquely his. We always love his dresses and think they have stood the test of time! 

This great dress comes with a matching fabric belt. 100% Polyester. Labeled a vintage size 12, but we estimate this would best fit a modern day US size 8.
